Fresh Start For Single Moms
Fresh Start is a faith-based program designed to provide positive support for single mothers and their children. Velocity Christian Church hosts Phase 2 of the program each year offering a bible study around the Fruit of the Spirit. We need help with set-up, serving the meals, child care, homework assistance, ladies bible study and clean-up. Our next phase begins November 20, 2008 and runs every Thursday night at 6p excluding holidays through January 29, 2009.

MEALS MINISTRY
If you can cook, buy food or even just deliver it you can help! When families and individuals from our church family are going though a challenging or life-changing time – the passing of a loved one, sickness, birth of a child, among others – this ministry provides nutritious meals for a period of time as needed. The Meals Ministry is made up of a few different teams that rotate in as needed. While this ministry is coordinated by VW both men and women are welcome to join this awesome ministry team. We need you to make our ministry a success
