How I became a Christian:
During my senior year in high school, our youth group took a trip to a camp outside of Santa Cruz, CA called Mt. Herman. Each morning, our cabin chaperons would lead us in a brief Bible study. On this particular morning (July 4th, 1988) we were reading about Jesus being the true vine in John 15. For the first time in my life, the words of scripture began to virtually leap off the page of the book and into the deepest recesses of my soul. After the lesson, I went into a mountain top garden and asked Jesus to completely take over my life. My existence has never been the same since that remarkable day!
